We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Replace or repair defective parts and components to restore system functionality.
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity and proper function.
- Follow all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
**Qualifications: **
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
