The HVAC Comfort Advisor is the face of our brand — a trusted expert who meets homeowners and business owners where they are, diagnoses their comfort challenges, and presents solutions that genuinely improve their lives. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your expertise, empathy, and integrity will drive your success.
You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough home comfort assessments, and close premium HVAC system sales. Our top advisors earn well above six figures — and they do it by building trust, not pressure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Conduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers
  • Perform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipment
  • Present customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements
  • Guide customers through financing options with confidence and transparency
  • Follow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationships
  • Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interaction
  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetings
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
