Job Responsibilities:
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC system
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure proper system operations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HVAC/AC service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- NATE certification (Strong Plus but not required)
- Experience with ductless mini-splits, smart thermostats, or energy-efficient systems
