While the company is well established as a leader in the region, we are growing and looking for a new CSR / Dispatcher / Admin who has the right skillset and attitude to become the newest member of our team.
Job Duties: 
- Work closely w/ GM, division managers, and field technicians on daily admin issues.
- Act as front-line company representative for all incoming calls.
- Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians across HVAC and fireplace divisions using the Field Edge CRM system.
- Perform limited AP and AR responsibilities, including bill payment, receivables management, and incoming payment processing.
- Communicate occasionally with suppliers and vendors. 
- Communicate frequently w/ division managers and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. 
- Monitor fleet activities via GPS, to ensure that technicians are practicing safe driving and on schedule for appointments.
- Practice excellent customer service skills to maintain our industry-leading online presence.
- This position requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements
 Qualifications: 
- Previous CRM and/or dispatching experience is required.
- Previous experience in a service company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) highly preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Proficient or familiarity w/ Field Edge CRM platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes helpful but not mandatory. 
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.
- Ability to interact with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors. 
- Ability to multi-task a must.
*** Some Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm, are required during peak seasons.
*** OT available, especially during peak seasons.
Compensation: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour
